Charity Care and Financial Assistance Policy
WEC is proud to participate in "Project Access" of Wake County. Those patients should seek a referral from one of the Primary Care Clinics that service "Project Access".

Uninsured patients who are unable to pay in full at the time of service will be asked to obtain insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace, as mandated by Federal Law. WEC billing staff will gladly supply the contact information for those patients. Patients who are uninsured and able to pay in full at the time of service will be given a 30% discount off the charge for the Facility Fee.

Most of the patients we see are referred through their physician and we follow-up and schedule them. However you can set up an appointment by calling the office at 919.783.4888. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment as we reserve the right to charge for appointments or procedures cancelled with less than 72 hours notice. For administrative and filing purposes, please bring your insurance cards and photo I.D. to each visit.
