Good experience with Taylor Moody and the office staff. Main office and who they transferred me to not so much. I was trying to get directions and both people I spoke with drove me nuts wanting to tell me where Ingleside pl was but I couldn’t get the them to understand I was driving and couldn’t write it down and they had no way to text it ir email it to me finally I called them back and wrote it down while at a red light. You sent me a confirmation text i couldn’t understand why you couldn’t send me a text anyway I finally found it I would like to suggest sending directions with the confirmation message. Otherwise my experience with Taylor Moody the nurse and receptionist was a very good experience!

She was very very polite and really explain things to me and my mom and she took her time. She was in no hurry to get out of there. That means a lot when you have a doctor or an FNP.

Too quick of a diagnosis; not willing to give me enough time to address all my concerns. I was hopeful to be under the care of an endocrinologist because of my "fatty liver" & combined "diabetes". Life happens & young people, like this young FNP, has no idea just how difficult dieting (buying & preparing the correct foods) & exercise (due to multiple limitations) can be. I am trying hard & I get tired of no acknowledging of my efforts and being written-off by a young educated individual who has not lived I. My shows & experienced my wisdom! Bold sense is not everything!

Taylor provided excellent care to me today. She was very thorough in discussing my concerns & also very thorough in answering my questions. Taylor Moody FNP is the polar opposite of my last gastroenterologist (in another practice). I won't name names, but he was the worst, and she is the best! She listened well, she offered down to earth advice & information, and I felt confident that she could meet whatever needs I might have concerning my GI issues. Thanks, Dr. Moody, glad to have your ear for my "complaints" & your care for my health.

Called Taylor due to bowel problems and after a great discussion she explained that I should take different medication for 3 weeks and if I still have problems call back and set up an appointment.

I recently had my colonoscopy with Dr. Nieves at Clayton Endoscopy. The staff, from the front office to recovery, were polite, professional and friendly. The procedure went smoothly without any complications and Dr. Nieves was very thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this office/physician for your GI procedures!

Taylor Moody was so informative and listened to me about my frustration with my condition and after my appt. I felt a lot better about what could be done to help me. She let me know that there were several alternatives we could try if the first medicine didn't work. She made a very uncomfortable meeting comfortable for me.

Dr. Allen literally saved my life! I had a colonoscopy scheduled with him and he received a report from a recent visit to the ER and he called me and left a message with his cell number. First of all, what doctor gives you their personal cell? Anyway, I called him back and we chatted quite a bit. He told me that if I was still unwell by a certain date to call him and he would order a cdiff test. Unfortuantely I was unwell and had to call him and get the test done. Test results came back negative and I was overall feeling fine. The next day I took a major turn for the worse. My blood pressure had dropped dangerously low and I was weak and feeling bad. This was a Sunday...I texted him and he texted right back and told me to get to the ER ASAP. I did, I was admitted for 4 days. He honestly saved my life and I am so grateful for him. We have communicated on and off since then (10/2024) via text. I cannot say enought good things about him. He is truly an amazing Doctor. He CARES and he LISTENS to you. Thank you Dr. Allen :)

Dr. Ma’Moud is a wonderful doctor and person. He is so caring and wants so much to help you. I love that he prays for me and that he prays with his patients and their family. Knowing that he loves Jesus as much as I do, warms my heart. He certainly saved my life 18 months ago when he suspected I had type AL Amyloidosis. I am his first patient to ever be diagnosed with this disease. He got me to UNC Chapel Hill and to the right doctors to diagnose and treat me. I love him and I value him so much. At check in they were requesting $250 but our insurance company told us there should be no fee. The check-in employee said he would bill our insurance and if they wouldn’t pay then we would get billed. We are not sure what the discrepancy is at this time. They took me to the “waiting” area where I get undressed and put a gown on and waited on the hospital bed. The nurse said they were running about an hour late. I had all my prescription info written on paper and it was on my phone but left it in the original waiting room where my wife was so I had to guess at my prescriptions to a certain extent. The nurse taking my information was nice but she’s up close to her computer-monitor and my head was further away from her making some of her questions hard to hear. She was on the side of me, not face to face that is easier to communicate. Plus she has a mask on and I know that’s essential. My thought is they should do this face to face before I am in undressed and in a gown laying on a hospital bead under-covers. After about 45 minutes the anesthesiologist brought me to the procedure room and again, she was a nice person and friendly. She had told me she was the one to anesthetize me. After a short while as she started to prep me another anesthesiologist came in and now it was decided this one that just came in was to anesthetize me. They had some small talk (friendly) amongst themselves and the original anesthesiologist left without saying anything else to me. (She did tell me earlier that this other one was taking over) A few minutes after that, someone came in and had a discussion with this “new” anesthesiologist that boarded on a disagreement just short of an argument. I thought it was odd in front of a patient to behave like that. That only lasted a few minutes and after that all seemed very normal. The doctor had great bedside manners. Over all good but maybe a few things you can’t do better in the future. Of course the most important thing is the knowledge and experience of the doctor and that seemed to be perfect.

Great Doctor

As a long time EOE sufferer, I just recently went in for approx my 10th endoscopy in about a few years after it was due. Quite frankly the last endoscopy, with a different group, was not a good experience and left me feeling hopeless. The previous times weren’t solely due to the pain that I enduring but mostly because of my diagnosis at the time wasn’t widely understood and therefore making me feel quite alone. However, due to Dr. Lange’s specialization, knowledge and experienced caring team, there is hope. They made me and my family feel so comfortable before and after the surgery. that feel in good hands.

Dr. Mahmoud is very knowledgeable and explains things very well. He is patient and has a good sense of humor.

Excellent doctor. Last year had colonoscopy that ended up with a tremendous amount of gas. With Dr. Yang his technique resulted in almost no gas. Wow what a difference. Great bedside manner with his sense of humor.

I highly recommend Dr. Schwarz. He performed my colonoscopy yesterday. Prior to the procedure he met with me to gather information and provided information. His bedside manner was caring and put me at ease.A polyp was removed and I am not experiencing any problems. Today his staff called to check on me. He is a wonderful physician!

I saw Dr. Mahmoud for the first time and had a great experience. He reviewed and we discussed my history. We discussed my concerns and came up with a plan going forward. I would recommend him and plan on seeing him for future GI issues.

I have tried to get an appt with Dr. SACHDEVA for months. When I finally get an appt, it was cancelled. They told me his schedule had changed & in the pretense of being concerned with me not having to drive far, they totally switched me over to a dr in the Lake dr raleigh off that I did not know. I have never seen Dr Sachdeva. This is my experience that I will never understand.

I absolutely love Dr Lange. I first met him in the Wilson office and have followed to Clayton and now the Raleigh office. He treats his patients with respect. In my opinion he is one of a very few to treat you like your a person and not a Chart number. That is very hard to find.

He has a great bedside manner. He takes the time to ask if the patient has any concerns and or questions about the procedure. He is very reassuring you will have great care.

Dr. Mahmoud is the best!!! He knows his stuff and answers all my questions and listens to my thoughts about my health issues. He offers diet information and recommends over-the-counter remedies that will help me without a lot of side effects to worry about. At 80 years old, I depend on Dr. Mahmoud to help me take care of this old body and gut issues to enable me to get as many good miles out of this body as possible!!! And yes, Dr. Mahmoud has an accent and I have to listen up to make sure I understand him correctly but he understands that and does not mind repeating anything for me as necessary. To sum it up, Dr. Mahmoud is one of those rare Dream Doctors!!!

Dr Lange is amazing! I have seen other doctors for my severe issues with GERD but none that has taken the time to really talk to me. Dr Lange doesn’t just want to help you short-term- he wants to create a long-life plan for your health. Most doctors just put you on medication and that’s it. He prescribes medicine that I need but looks at the future to eventually get me off the medication. I love how he is never in a hurry- he really listens to you and all of your problems. I strongly recommend Dr Lange!

Dr. Battaglino is a caring (had reviewed my health history prior to meeting me), professional (actually took HANDWRITTEN notes-did not type into a computer as I shared my concerns), and kind ( listened to me patiently and answered my questions with compassion). Two pieces of feedback, I was at the office for just short of two hours before I was put under for my procedure. I understand there is a lot going on and things happen but it would be nice to not have to come sit it the lobby for an hour before my procedure if my paperwork were already in order. Either way, not a major deal for me. Second thing is the tape that was put over the bandage after my IV was removed. That tape could hold an airplane together. I lost a good amount of skin and hair removing it. Was by FAR the most pain I felt all day. Would be good to get another solution for those bandages. Maybe the wraps they use at Red Cross.

My colonoscopy procedure was handled with care and bed side manner.

Shortly after arriving, Dr Mahmoud came in and introduced himself and explained procedure. He then asked if it was ok if we prayed together. I really appreciated that, as I was quite anxious this time for some reason. Everyone was very nice and things went well.

Kelsey Rea continues to provide excellent strategies for Joe Rizzo, (my husband) to implement in maintaining the improved digestive condition that is an outcome of her diagnosis & treatment. Her recommendations following his recent setback worked immediately.

I found Kelsey to be knowledgeable, as she shared information concerning my reflux condition, empathy, as she listened to my input concerning my bout with cancer, the constriction of my esophagus from the radiation, and very welcoming to the office. She is definitely a keeper!!!

Entire staff was very nice and friendly. A colonoscopy is never a good time, and it can be scary especially, to those that have very little experience with anesthesia. The staff ant Dr. Battaglino were extremely comforting, so I was able to relax, making the experience as comfortable as possible from a mental standpoint.
